Tomorrow is halfway, and downhill from there. I'm really not finding it all that hard, just a bit repetitive; wake, walk, work, train, eat, walk, sleep, repeat. Today was good. I had a decent weights workout. 5 rounds on the heavy bag to warm up and get a nice sweat going, then a nice back / pull workout. I usually train in a t shirt, but today was hot and I rocked the singlet. I'm starting to look huge if I'm honest. I can see veins popping in my arms and definition I've never had before in my shoulders. Its very exciting. Eating was good today; steak, rice and slaw for lunch then a large chicken salad for dinner - I probably went a bit hard on the oil for the salad, but otherwise it was a pretty solid day for eating. I also walked just shy of 15k steps again.
