Its the weekend! I love my Saturday morning boxing class, such a great energy and usually a big turn out. A few of the guys bring their kids in and today I took my son. The session was good. 3 rounds of a circuit to start; squats, punches holding dumbells, medicine ball slams, kettlebell swings. Mainly focus mit work today which was great. As usualy, a solid serving of ab exercises to top it off. 11k steps
